About Us

About Us

The presence of various technological innovations under the demands of Industry 4.0 be at the bottom for creating a smart environment both in the fields of architecture and engineering. However, as a result of the changes that have taken place, Industry 5.0 introduced was used as an additional step/ way to be able to adapt to the needs of smart environmental development.

Basically, Industry 5.0 is here to complement the approach taken in "Industry 4.0" which specifically places research and innovation as a transition service towards a sustainable, community-centered, and resilient industry. The introduction of Industry 5.0 is based on the observation or assumption that Industry 4.0 has not yet entered into the true principles of justice or social sustainability but is still more on digitalization and AI-based technology in increasing production efficiency and flexibility. It is different from Industry 5.0, which has a concept with a different direction and point of view. Industry 5.0 highlights the importance of research and innovation to support the industry in long-term service to the limited human environment. Therefore, the environmental focus must change and shift its focus from stakeholder satisfaction to stakeholder value and strengthen the industry's contribution to society and the wider environment. The use of science and technology is very important in helping to overcome the global challenge of maintaining sustainability for generations to come. It takes certainty of the success of survival into the future by creating the importance of added value for the community. Thus, it will be very helpful to overcome the big challenges facing the world today, such as the Covid19 pandemic disease which is continuing today, poverty, hunger, climate change, and other community problems.

Sustainable Industrial Technology 5.0 is the focus of this 2nd International conference which spotlight the field of Architecture and Sustainable Engineering (ICOSAE-2). The topics discussed at this international conference include smart buildings and clean energy supported by used sensors and artificial intelligence-based technology, automation, building information modeling (BIM), and recycling waste treatment processes. Smart Cities are supported by smart meters, electrification from renewable energy sources, air quality, low GHG emissions from buildings and industry, drinking water quality, and easy access to it. Mobility includes HP ownership, internet speed, traffic tine index, traffic inefficiency index, GHG emissions of transportation systems. Opportunities include internet use, internet speed, digital government index, innovation index, crime index, and life satisfaction. The contributors expected to participate in the ICoSAE-2 conference are academics and researchers from the university, practitioners such as the government of regional and city management authorities, construction planners and implementers, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project manager, residential planner. and urban manager, real estate developer, architect, IT manager, data science, software developer, analyst. computer systems, web developers, statisticians, science researchers, science educators, environmental practitioners, and others.
